TORNHUSETBRÖD & VIN
BOOK

”Sine cerrere et libero friget venus”

”Without bread and wine, love grows cold”.

That is what Bröd och Vin is: a simple bistro born of Per Söderbergh's love for Rome and Mathias Dahlgren's lifelong love affair with all things Spanish.

A place for simple pleasures, in the best sense of the word. Small plates, the sound of clinking glasses and voices recalling the soft murmur of a pavement café in some city by the Mediterranean.

A restaurant is not just somewhere you go to eat. Perhaps not even mainly somewhere you go to eat? The food must be honest, simple and well cooked (and it is), and you must be able to eat and drink well every day of the week. But a restaurant can be so much more. Another way of eating, another way of drinking.

Simple but good wines, a cold beer in an unfussy glass. Still hungry? Order another small plate, and another, and another. Satisfied?

Slip inside, eat and drink a little, stay a little longer than you had planned, strike up a conversation with the table next door. Share bread and wine with friends and loved ones.

Welcome to Bröd och Vin.
